of volcanic Jory soils. We dry farm, rotating sheep and chickens throughout the property. The NOVUM® terra cotta vessels used to make these wines are handcrafted by Andrew in his studio on our estate.

The Creta is comprised of Pinot noir from our estate vineyard. Our fully fermented and aged amphora Pinot Noir captures the energy of the 2022 vintage. The bright strawberry and raspberry that is classic to our site is displayed in the aromas along with huckleberry and fig which speaks more directly to the vintage. There is a beautiful spice that reflects sandalwood and tea leaves. As always, the wonderful texture speaks truly to our style and place. 200 cases drink now -2038
