Named for our youngest daughter the Olivia's Rosé heralds the flavors of summer. Native yeast fermented in Andrew's amphora and aged in neutral barrels. Minimum Sulpher addition prior to bottling.
The 2021 Olivia's Rosé is a pale blush color with a light body, strawberry
and cherry blossoms on the nose and a racy acidity to complement your menu year round.
