Tasting notes
Our flagship wine is a Pinot Noir blend of our entire estate, Pommard, Wadenswil, Dijon 115 and Dijon 777. The grapes were fermented with 15% whole cluster, native yeast and aged in neutral french barrels for 16 months. This wine is always a beautiful and layered example of our site each vintage. Bright Ruby in color, exotic spices jump from the glass, bright cherry, an underlying note of herbal tea and fine precise tannins on the palate with a thrilling bright acidity that persists. This wine is truley elegant and will offer many years of enjoyment.
